Did you say free? How?
Our services are offered free for the benefit of Canadians. We are volunteers looking to help and make a difference.
How does it work?
You can browse subjects from the front page of our site. You pick a subject and tutor and book a time. Our website takes care of the rest. Check your email for a confirmation email with a meeting link. It’s easy!
When are tutors available?
We want to serve all of Canada. To do this we are building a group of tutors that will work across different time zones. To find availability you can go to the booking page and search with specific filters like availability.
How many times can I book a tutor?
Tutors are first come first serve and we do not limit a student from coming back and booking the same tutor again. You can book as many times as you need as long as the tutor has availability.
I can't see the subject I need help with.
We may not have all the subjects however we do review subjects by demand. If you need a certain subject and it is not offered. Send us a message from the contact page and we will review it.
Ok I booked, now what?
Once you book a course, you will receive an email confirming your booking. The email will have the subject name, and date of your tutor session. It will also have a google calendar invite where it will contain the meeting link.
Can I cancel a booking?
Absolutely! We only ask that you respect your tutor’s time and cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can go to the student dashboard to cancel.
My booking was rejected
It may happen that the tutor is not available for one reason or another. They may reject the booking and it will be cancelled. You will receive an email notifying you of this. You can simply re-book again for another time.
